We are currently looking for dedicated New Client Onboarding Specialists to join our dynamic team. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in the client lifecycle by ensuring a smooth, efficient transition of new clients into our platform and services. As a New Client Onboarding Specialist, you will act as a bridge between our sales team and internal departments, managing client relationships right from the point of sale through to successful implementation. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels in communication and project management, ensuring clients receive timely updates and education on Helpside’s services. Whether working in our Lindon, Utah office or remotely from various states including Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, or Tennessee, you will be instrumental in creating an excellent onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating with multiple internal teams to tailor processes that meet client expectations, addressing client inquiries quickly and knowledgeably, and ultimately transferring clients to the HR team post-onboarding. By mastering our service offerings and becoming a Helpside expert, you will empower clients and their employees, driving rapid product adoption through well-crafted educational content and resources. Job Duties
- Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
- Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to ensure that each piece of the process meets client expectations
- Provide updates via phone and email informing the client of their progress towards meeting deadlines
- Respond quickly to customer emails and calls regarding onboarding processes
- Become a Helpside expert so that you answer questions about services from clients and employees during the onboarding process
- Successfully transfer clients to the HR team after onboarding
- Perform additional duties as assigned
