Job Requirements
- 21 years old
- Class A CDL or certificate from truck driving school
- No conviction for serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 1 speeding ticket in the last 3 years
- No at fault accidents in the last 3 years
- Willingness to participate in paid training and mentoring
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL or certificate from an accredited truck driving school
- Ability to complete a 4-week paid training and onboarding program
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Ability to work local routes and return home daily
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Physically able to operate commercial vehicles
Job Duties
- Drive local freight routes within 50 miles of Nashville
- Maintain daily home time by adherence to schedule
- Operate commercial Class A trucks safely and efficiently
- Comply with company policies and federal motor carrier regulations
- Participate in paid driver training and mentoring program
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure freight is handled with no physical contact
