Starting at $18 per hour during a required four-week paid onboarding and training period, new drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,000 per week during this phase. Upon successful completion of the onboarding program, drivers advance to our Experienced Driver division where weekly earnings increase significantly, averaging $1,200 to $1,500, with some drivers earning as much as $1,600. This progression rewards commitment and skill development, giving our drivers a clear path for growth within the company.
Our drivers enjoy 100% no-touch freight routes, allowing them to focus on driving safely without the added burden of loading and unloading freight. Job Requirements
- 21 years old
- possess a Class A CDL or certificate from truck driving school
- no conviction for serious traffic violations in last 3 years
- no more than 1 speeding ticket in last 3 years
- no at fault accident in last 3 years
Job Qualifications

- less than 18 months driving experience preferred
- clean driving record with no serious violations
- ability to follow directions and maintain schedule integrity
- basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Job Duties
- Follow local route schedules strictly
- maintain communication with dispatch and management
- ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- maintain accurate logbooks and documentation
- adhere to company policies on no-touch freight handling
- report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly
