Upon successful completion of the onboarding program, drivers advance to our Experienced Driver division where weekly earnings increase significantly, averaging $1,200 to $1,500, with some drivers earning as much as $1,600. This progression rewards commitment and skill development, giving our drivers a clear path for growth within the company.

Our drivers enjoy 100% no-touch freight routes, allowing them to focus on driving safely without the added burden of loading and unloading freight.
