Key aspects of the role include overseeing General Motors (GM) program compliance such as vehicle ordering, allocation, and leveraging the latest digital retail tools to enhance customer experience and streamline sales processes.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who coaches and inspires the sales team through daily meetings, one-on-one sessions, and continuous development programs. They will monitor critical performance metrics including closing ratios, per vehicle retail (PVR), customer satisfaction index (CSI), and lead response times to drive improvements and sustain a high level of service excellence. Strong communication skills and dedicated follow-up procedures are essential to foster exceptional guest interactions throughout the sales journey.
