Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Work hours may require meetings outside regular business hours
- Ability to travel overnight within assigned territories and domestically for corporate events and training
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business-to-business sales
- Preferred experience includes three or more years in specialty pharmaceuticals sales
- Experience with launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales highly preferred
- Strong motivation and passion for improving patient and caregiver lives
- Demonstrated ability to work with high integrity and comply with company policies
- Excellent decision-making, collaboration, and initiative skills
- Proven ability to adapt and learn in evolving market environments such as telemedicine
- Ability to analyze data and metrics for performance assessment
- Experience in establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information
Job Duties
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals both in-person and virtually
- Use assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives by customizing discussions and client interactions
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of the local market, practice structures, and key influencers
- Provide input into resource allocation decisions and select appropriate programs/resources for each customer or system
- Develop and implement local business plans in collaboration with management to capitalize on business opportunities
- Collaborate with other sales specialists on common objectives and share best practices
- Manage administrative duties including work hours, sales data, communication, sample distribution, and expense reporting
