The Swedish Neurological Institute is currently seeking a full-time Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their cranial team at the Swedish Cherry Hill Campus. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to provide comprehensive care for cranial surgery patients across various settings, including ambulatory clinics, inpatient care, and surgical assistance. The role demands close collaboration with neurosurgeons while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in managing complex neurosurgical patients. The successful candidate will be part of an established and highly collaborative cranial neurosurgery team, contributing significantly to patient outcomes in this specialized field. This full-time role follows a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekend rotations, ensuring a balanced work-life arrangement in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Compensation for this position ranges from $149,868 to $205,789 annually, which may include productivity bonuses, quality or service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives as applicable.
