Job Requirements
- Active nursing license
- minimum of 1 year neonatal ICU experience
- ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- proof of immunizations
- pass background check and drug screening
- physical ability to perform nursing duties
- availability to start on June 01, 2026
Job Qualifications
- Valid nursing license
- experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit
- strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- knowledge of neonatal care protocols and equipment
- certification in neonatal resuscitation preferred
Job Duties
- Provide specialized care to newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit
- monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions
- administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- operate and manage medical equipment such as ventilators and incubators
- collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- educate families about neonatal care and support their emotional needs
- maintain accurate and detailed patient records
