Job Requirements

Job Duties
- serve as the primary front-desk representative and first point of contact for neighbors
- conduct client intake for the market
- manage helpline inquiries
- provide information, screening, and referrals
- coordinate between client entry points and CTFB client programs
- maintain relationships with internal teams to connect neighbors to services
- communicate effectively to support the organization mission
