Job Requirements
- smartphone with data plan
- valid driver’s license
- valid proof of car insurance with you covered as a driver
- ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs
- climb stairs
- walk distances
- availability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings
- must start work at 7 or 8 pm
- Sundays are mandatory

Job Duties
- perform nightly door-to-door trash collection within assigned apartment communities
- lift and transport trash bags up to 30 lbs
- walk and climb stairs as required by property layout
- operate a vehicle for routes if applicable
- maintain communication with supervisors using a smartphone
- adhere to safety and company policies
- assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties
