We are currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team. This role is essential to the ongoing success of our restaurant operations, providing leadership and accountability that ensures both operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience. As a Restaurant General Manager at Las Vegas Petroleum, you will oversee the daily running of restaurant facilities, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Job Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant management with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis and cost control
  • Effective problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a management role in the restaurant industry, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ability to address issues and implement effective solutions quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
