The Freelance National Manager, Experiential Marketing, role at INNOCEAN USA is integral to their Experiential Department. Situated within a fast-paced, innovative agency setting, this position is designed for a strategic, creative thinker with a passion for developing and executing experiential marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will lead a cross-departmental team to deliver high-quality experiential and sponsorship marketing projects that meet clients' needs in a timely manner, staying on scope and within budget. This role requires overseeing multiple experiential programs across prominent events including consumer engagement activities, ride and drive programs, auto shows, festivals, and dealer events. As a National Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, managing, and executing experiential strategies and onsite activations that elevate client brands.

The position supports General Accounts, providing hands-on project management while serving as a trusted client contact. Responsibilities include pre-event strategy, budgeting, onsite execution, and detailed post-event analysis. Collaboration is key; this role works closely with cross-functional teams within the agency to ensure seamless program management and exceptional service delivery. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to strategize long-term marketing activation plans and build programs from concept to flawless execution. The National Manager will be tasked with managing internal workflows, vendor partnerships, agency resources, and client relationships.   • Proficient in MS Office

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on an automotive account would be an asset

Job Duties

  • Oversee the day to day management of experiential programs and internal teams, ensuring high quality service delivery for the clients
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by developing short and long term experiential and sponsorship activation strategies aligned with clients’ marketing objectives
  • Take ownership of building the client’s business through new ideas, proactive planning, and anticipating integrated marketing needs
  • Manage the execution of all projects by overseeing internal workflows, agency resources, vendor partners, and cross department collaboration
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business and relevant industry/category trends
  • Build and nurture positive, collaborative relationships with all client stakeholders
  • Ensure cross department teams deliver work that meets the highest standards strategically aligned, creatively strong, and flawlessly executed
  • Provide guidance and counsel to team members and clients as programs evolve
  • Develop, manage, track, and reconcile project budgets
  • Contribute to staffing plans, budget projections, and resource allocations
  • Play an active role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative agency culture
