Job Description
Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa are two premier hospitality properties located in the breathtaking Jackson Hole area of Wyoming. Both properties are part of the distinguished Noble House Hotels & Resorts portfolio, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, luxurious accommodations, and a deep commitment to community and sustainability. These unique hotels offer guests the chance to enjoy world-class amenities, stunning mountain views, and access to a vibrant local culture and outdoor recreation. Situated in a region celebrated for its natural beauty and outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and wildlife viewing, the Jackson area provides a dynamic backdrop for employees and visitors alike to enjoy both work and leisure. Hotel Terra boasts contemporary design and comforts geared towards active travelers, while Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa offers a more classic and upscale mountain resort experience. Both properties operate with a shared mission to provide impeccable service, drive growth in group and individual business, and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
The role of National Group Sales Manager at Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa is a vital leadership position aimed at growing the group sales segment and meeting the collective business goals of these properties. This position focuses primarily on soliciting group business to support the property budgets and forecasts, including group room revenue, room rental income, and catered food and beverage sales. The manager leverages deep industry knowledge and skills to identify, develop, and create lucrative markets aligned with the hotels’ objectives. Acting as a key liaison between sales and other departments such as conference services, catering, reservations, finance, and operations, the National Group Sales Manager ensures seamless coordination to deliver superior customer experiences. This role requires a results-driven professional capable of meeting individual revenue targets while contributing meaningfully to team success. Reporting and analyzing daily business trends is a key component, facilitating strategic decision-making that supports overall hotel performance. The position offers an excellent compensation package including competitive wages, medical benefits, 401(k), and several employee perks such as fitness center access, bus passes, employee meals, and special discounts on spa services, restaurants, retail stores, and ski passes during the winter season. Employees also benefit from a supportive work culture that embraces diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability initiatives. Housing options are available, promoting ease of transition and work-life balance. Given the seasonality and activity in the area, the role includes opportunities for travel related to sales calls, site inspections, and participation in industry events. Candidates local to the Jackson area will be given preference, reflecting the company’s commitment to serve and invest in the local community.
Overall, this opportunity offers an ideal blend of professional challenge and lifestyle benefit for those passionate about hospitality sales within a renowned mountain destination. The company is looking for a highly organized, accountable, and professional individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills who thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Those who succeed will play a key role in sustaining and expanding the hotels' reputation for excellence, while also enjoying the rich recreational and cultural benefits of living in Jackson Hole. The role encourages teamwork and collaboration, not just within the sales function but across departments, emphasizing a holistic approach to guest satisfaction and business growth. If you are motivated by working in a scenic location with a strong community and high standards for service and performance, this National Group Sales Manager position presents an outstanding career opportunity.
