Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or a related field
- 3 to 5 years sales experience in a sales role in the bakery category in national accounts
- comfort in hunting for corporate accounts
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- proven track record of being a dynamic 'hunter'

Job Duties
- Partner with corporate purchasing teams to acquire new business
- proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in accounts
- participate in a joint strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for sustainable growth
- lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- manage all facets of the day to day account responsibilities
- manage the broker network by utilizing budgets and expectations
- keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
