The company holds prominent leadership positions in various beverage categories, including carbonated soft drinks, water, juice, and mixers. Iconic brands under the KDP umbrella include Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, Mott’s, A&W, Peñafiel, GHOST, 7UP, Snapple, Clamato, and Core Hydration. Its global coffee division spans more than 100 markets and features top-tier brands such as Keurig’s single-serve brewing system in the U.S. and Canada, along with Peet’s, L’OR, Jacobs, and other regional coffee brands. With a workforce of over 50,000 employees, Keurig Dr Pepper is dedicated to enhancing the beverage experience, advancing innovation, and making a positive difference in communities and the planet. The company champions a culture of inclusivity and equal opportunity and is committed to empowering employees through robust health, wellness, personal, and professional development benefits.

The National Account Executive (NAE) role at Keurig Dr Pepper is an exciting opportunity within the grocery channel, specifically focused on managing the company's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) portfolio with the Albertsons Companies in the Southern California market. Serving as a vital member of the Albertsons sales team, the NAE is instrumental in driving volume, profit, and market share growth by executing strategic sales initiatives that span the entire DSD portfolio. This position demands close collaboration with KDP’s DSD route-to-market teams to ensure flawless execution of sales strategies and a commitment to meeting and exceeding financial targets.

The NAE's responsibilities extend beyond traditional sales functions to include developing and managing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), steering account strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, and leveraging syndicated data sources such as IRI and Nielsen Scantrack to formulate compelling business cases and actionable insights. The position also requires cultivating strong internal partnerships across multiple functions, including route to market, supply chain, finance, marketing, and omnichannel teams, to drive integrated sales campaigns and promotional activities. Candidates must demonstrate strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience focused on national account management, with a proven track record of building strategic plans and successfully managing trade budgets. Proficiency in data analytics and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Excel are essential. This role is also well-suited for high-performing individuals aspiring to advance into director-level positions within Commercial, Customer Sales Development (CSD), or emerging business sectors. The salary range for this role is competitive, from $116,100 to $180,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and an annual performance-based bonus. Overall, joining KDP’s team as a National Account Executive offers an exceptional career development pathway in a dynamic, innovative, and values-driven environment.
