Job Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high end restaurant environment
- Experience with multi-tasking
- General knowledge of sanitation
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of Forbes standards is a plus
- Excellent guest service skills
- Poised and professional - avoiding use of casual language
- Very strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills including the ability to speak articulately and clearly and provide good eye contact

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Clean floors
- Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
- Assist servers with tasks as needed
- Anticipate guest needs and act accordingly
- Work with kitchen/restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, coffee brewers, juice, and soda fountains
