Job Requirements

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high end restaurant environment
  • Experience with multi-tasking
  • General knowledge of sanitation
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of Forbes standards is a plus
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Poised and professional - avoiding use of casual language
  • Very strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills including the ability to speak articulately and clearly and provide good eye contact

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Clean floors
  • Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
  • Assist servers with tasks as needed
  • Anticipate guest needs and act accordingly
  • Work with kitchen/restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, coffee brewers, juice, and soda fountains
