Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- previous work experience in a fast-paced, high end restaurant environment
- experience with multi-tasking
- must possess technical proficiency in booking, changing, and updating reservations
- knowledge of Forbes standards is a plus
- excellent guest service skills
- poised and professional - avoiding use of casual language
- very strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills - including the ability to speak articulately and clearly and provide good eye contact

Job Duties
- assist guests with directions, event schedules, and other information and assistance as needed to provide excellent guest service
- assign open tables to guests and remain aware of dining room status at all times
- escort guests to their tables, maintain menu cleanliness, and monitor restaurant lobby
- retrieve highchairs, slings, and boosters for little guests
- pull chairs out for guests
- answer phone in timely manner and assist guests with reservation bookings, directions, and all other questions
