The role of Wait Help I (Food Runner) at Napa Rose is essential in maintaining the flow and presentation of an exquisite fine dining experience. This position involves working closely with servers and service leadership to ensure that food is delivered accurately and promptly, while anticipating the needs of Guests to create a seamless dining atmosphere. It is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment requiring energy, professionalism, and an eye for detail. The Food Runner helps uphold the restaurant's high standards for learning, delivering food with precision and grace, as well as supporting the overall rhythm of the service.
