Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Proven experience in high volume culinary production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than 2 years of experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Flexible availability for various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Napa Rose standards
