We are currently seeking culinary professionals to join our team in key roles such as Dinner Cook and Specialty Cook. These positions involve working collaboratively with other culinary artists to create menu items that meet our stringent standards for quality, presentation, and flavor. Both roles are hourly positions offering competitive pay, with the Dinner Cook role starting at $28.00 per hour and the Fine Dining Specialty Cook at $30.00 per hour. We place special emphasis on speed, accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours is essential as shifts may vary and include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Our culinary team works within Disneyland Resort’s 24/7 operational environment, so an adaptable schedule is a must.

If you have at least two years of culinary experience focusing on high-volume production, possess proficiency in knife skills, and demonstrate a sound understanding of culinary terminology and techniques, we encourage you to consider joining Napa Rose.
