Job Requirements
- State Nail Technician License
- At least one year of related work experience
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures to guests
- Assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications, and evaluate the condition of skin, hair, or nails
- Advise guests on proper skin, hair, or nail care
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell spa/salon retail products
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms
- Monitor guest comfort throughout service
- Adhere to scheduled appointment times
- Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and treatment room
- Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly
- Secure supplies and equipment at shift end
- Maintain current licensure
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Ensure clean and professional appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
