Marriott Vacations Worldwide is deeply committed to providing exceptional customer experiences, leveraging a points-based product and rewards program that appeals to travelers who want choice and convenience in their vacation planning. The company is recognized for its supportive work environment, career growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits packages.

Currently, Marriott Vacations Worldwide is looking for driven, outgoing, and financially motivated individuals to join their award-winning Sales and Marketing Team. The team focuses on promoting Marriott Vacations Worldwide’s vacation ownership offerings to hotel guests and existing club owners while maintaining high engagement levels with customers. The roles available include positions such as Waikiki Vacation Sales Coordinator, Marketing Executive (with Japanese language skills), Sales Gallery Receptionist, and Marketing Support Specialist at various locations including Waikiki and Ko Olina Beach Club.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00 per hour, accompanied by bonus opportunities based on achieving sales goals. The company emphasizes continuous professional development, providing paid training and the chance to work full time with eligibility for benefits after just 30 days of employment. Benefits include medical coverage, dental, vision, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. In addition, employees enjoy Marriott hotel and resort stay discounts, contributing to an attractive work-life balance.

The Sales and Marketing roles are energetic, client-facing positions suited for individuals who enjoy persuasion and engaging with customers. The work involves encouraging clients to attend no-obligation presentations about the vacation ownership programs, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both potential new owners and existing Marriott Vacation Club members. There is an emphasis on team collaboration and meeting performance goals with financial incentives tied closely to sales achievements.

Prospective candidates can participate in a hiring event scheduled at the Marriott Vacations Worldwide Office located at the Bank of Hawaii Building in Honolulu, Hawaii. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with recruiters and marketing hiring managers, ask questions about the position and career prospects, and potentially start their journey with the company immediately. The event promotes transparency about the roles and allows candidates to explore full-time employment and the comprehensive benefits package.

Marriott Vacations Worldwide prides itself on inclusivity and diversity in its workforce and is committed to providing a fair, supportive, and growth-oriented culture where employees are valued and empowered to achieve their best. The company also offers multiple insurance and assistance programs including health, life, disability plans, and employee assistance, which support the holistic well-being of its associates.
