The role of Banquet Bartender at The Henry Ford offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that plays a vital role in enhancing guest experiences during various banquet functions held throughout the day and evening. Banquet Bartenders at The Henry Ford are entrusted with responsibly serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering firmly to legal and organizational policies. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for setting up the bar area with all necessary supplies, skillfully preparing and mixing drinks, checking identification to comply with legal drinking age requirements, and monitoring the consumption of alcoholic beverages to promote safety and comfort for all guests.

In addition to drink service, the Banquet Bartender contributes to overall event success by ensuring proper handling and care of banquet equipment, clean and orderly bar setup and teardown, and supporting an effective team environment.
