Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is a leading global provider of comprehensive security solutions dedicated to safeguarding people, property, and assets with professionalism and integrity. Known for its commitment to excellence, GardaWorld operates in diverse environments ranging from commercial offices and hotels to shopping centers and residential complexes. The company has earned distinction as the only guarding security company in the United States certified by Great Place to Work, reflecting its exceptional workplace culture and dedication to employee growth. GardaWorld's team comprises highly trained and skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering top-notch security services tailored to the unique needs of each client. The organization offers robust career opportunities for individuals looking to build meaningful and lasting careers in security services, complemented by extensive employee benefits and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

The role of Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld embodies a unique blend of security expertise and exceptional customer service. This position primarily involves providing a welcoming and reassuring presence to visitors while maintaining rigorous security standards to ensure the safety of individuals and property. Located in Phoenix, AZ, this role operates on a set schedule during weekends from 2 pm to 10 pm, offering 16 hours per week with a competitive hourly wage of $22. One of the defining features of this role is its focus on establishing meaningful connections with people, using communication skills to inspire confidence and trust. The Concierge Security Officer is responsible not only for traditional security tasks such as access control, patrolling, and incident response but also for tasks that require a customer-centric approach, including visitor verification, guiding guests, and assisting with inquiries.

Beyond the day-to-day duties, this position provides a great platform for career growth within GardaWorld, supported by comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. Uniforms are provided free of charge, underscoring the company’s commitment to employee support. Candidates with backgrounds in security, military, or law enforcement bring added value to this role, but exceptional customer service skills and the ability to pass a thorough screening process are equally prioritized. This role is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments where security and hospitality intersect, and who are eager to contribute to a positive workplace recognized for its excellence. If you are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to represent GardaWorld as an Ambassador, this opportunity could be a significant step forward in your career journey.
