Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Assist customers in specialized departments such as Animal Health, Clothing, Livestock & Ag Fencing, Power Equipment, and Sporting Goods
- Provide knowledgeable advice and product recommendations to customers
- Operate cash register, process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas
- Lift, carry, and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs
- Support team efforts to uphold company Mission, Values, and Principles
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
