The position of Multisite Maintenance Technician at Equity Residential is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, managing maintenance responsibilities across two or more apartment communities. The Multisite Maintenance Technician handles a variety of tasks ranging from preparing apartments for market readiness to responding swiftly to resident service requests.

The technician will be responsible for maintenance work across the community, including repairs, routine upkeep of both interior and exterior spaces, and ensuring communal areas are clean and welcoming. This includes duties such as plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC repairs, as well as painting and general repairs as required. The role demands readiness to manage emergency service calls, participate actively in scheduled maintenance programs, and remain in compliance with relevant housing laws and internal maintenance policies.
