Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years experience managing multifamily construction projects with a general contractor
- strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety protocols
- proven ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and field teams
- experience using construction management software and scheduling tools
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Job Qualifications
- 5 plus years of direct GC sided project management supporting multifamily projects
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- advanced understanding of commercial construction safety technical requirements and field sequencing
- proficiency with construction management tools scheduling and reporting
Job Duties
- support project managers in overseeing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with scheduled site visits at least once per week
- participate in weekly site walks to monitor progress verify work aligns with plans and specifications and document field conditions
- assist with safety oversight by reinforcing OSHA requirements and company safety standards during site visits and coordination meetings
- coordinate with superintendents and trade partners on schedule updates sequencing manpower planning and site logistics
- track material procurement equipment needs and delivery schedules to ensure project milestones are met
- support quality control efforts by reviewing installations addressing deficiencies and following up on corrective actions
- prepare and distribute weekly progress reports RFIs submittals and meeting minutes to internal teams and ownership
- assist in leading subcontractor coordination meetings and maintaining clear communication between field teams and project leadership
- monitor project documentation change management items and cost impacts related to field conditions
- proactively identify risks coordinate solutions with the project team and help resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
