Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience managing multifamily construction projects with a general contractor
  • strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety protocols
  • proven ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and field teams
  • experience using construction management software and scheduling tools
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Job Qualifications

  • 5 plus years of direct GC sided project management supporting multifamily projects
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • advanced understanding of commercial construction safety technical requirements and field sequencing
  • proficiency with construction management tools scheduling and reporting

Job Duties

  • support project managers in overseeing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with scheduled site visits at least once per week
  • participate in weekly site walks to monitor progress verify work aligns with plans and specifications and document field conditions
  • assist with safety oversight by reinforcing OSHA requirements and company safety standards during site visits and coordination meetings
  • coordinate with superintendents and trade partners on schedule updates sequencing manpower planning and site logistics
  • track material procurement equipment needs and delivery schedules to ensure project milestones are met
  • support quality control efforts by reviewing installations addressing deficiencies and following up on corrective actions
  • prepare and distribute weekly progress reports RFIs submittals and meeting minutes to internal teams and ownership
  • assist in leading subcontractor coordination meetings and maintaining clear communication between field teams and project leadership
  • monitor project documentation change management items and cost impacts related to field conditions
  • proactively identify risks coordinate solutions with the project team and help resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
