The role of Multi Unit Manager at OTG is an exciting leadership position based at Newark Liberty International Airport, located at 3 Brewster Rd, Newark, NJ. This role is a full-time position offering an annual compensation range of $60,000 to $75,000 plus bonus eligibility, reporting directly to the General Manager. As a Multi Unit Manager, you will be a driving force behind day-to-day operations across various dining and retail concepts, including retail, quick service restaurants (QSR), and full-service outlets. You will oversee multiple units, ensuring that every location operates efficiently and successfully while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, guest service, safety, and team engagement.
Your leadership will be vital in energizing the crew and creating an uplifting work environment where every team member feels supported, respected, and motivated. You will manage staffing and scheduling, lead onboarding and training for new Crewmembers, and champion safety compliance in all operational aspects. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years management experience in full-service restaurants or retail
- Experience in multiunit management is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and during adverse weather conditions
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across diverse concepts including retail, QSR, and full-service
