Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant or bar operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Legal drinking age and required certifications

- Proven experience as a restaurant operations manager or similar role demonstrating successful management and leadership

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in bar-related software and Toast point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Must be of legal drinking age and hold any necessary certifications required by local regulations
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute all bar operations in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and controlling costs
- Create and maintain an appealing bar atmosphere and ambiance
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff and management, ensuring excellent customer service
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance staff productivity and morale
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate objectives, policies, and procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service by actively engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or issues
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews, striving to continuously improve the bar experience
- Implement strategies to build customer loyalty and increase customer retention
- Curate and maintain an extensive beverage menu, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
- Stay updated with industry trends, introducing new and innovative drinks to the menu
- Conduct regular tastings and staff training sessions to maintain product knowledge
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability
- Monitor sales, expenses, and financial performance, implementing corrective measures when necessary
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
