Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in culinary management roles, including leadership positions in luxury hospitality
  • Proven expertise in Japanese and Italian cuisine
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple dining outlets simultaneously
  • Strong track record of leading large, diverse culinary teams
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Property Executive Chef within a luxury hotel or multi-unit restaurant group
  • Strong background in both Japanese and Italian cuisine
  • Experience overseeing multiple outlets or concepts simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale teams in high-volume, high-expectation environments
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, food cost, and labor

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all culinary operations across multiple restaurants and outlets within the property
