The position available is for a Multi-State MedSpa Sales Manager who will play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint and stabilizing revenue performance across high-priority locations. This senior travel-based leadership role requires the successful candidate to manage and coach teams within various MedSpa locations for periods ranging from 60 to 90 days per assignment. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading daily sales operations, implementing effective sales strategies to boost conversion rates, supporting new spa openings, and ensuring that each MedSpa location delivers an exceptional, consistent client experience.
This role demands a strong sales leader with excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a polished, professional presence. The Sales Manager will directly lead in-spa teams, coaching front desk and sales staff on effective conversion tactics and premium service presentation. They will also build enduring client relationships to increase retention and referrals, ensuring growth and stability in sales performance at each location. The position offers a competitive base salary starting at $3,000 per month with uncapped commission opportunities, monthly bonuses, and additional perks such as a company car and fully paid travel expenses including flights, hotels, tolls, and gas. Scheduled Sunday through Friday with Saturdays off, this role ensures a balance between travel and rest.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of proven sales leadership experience in premium services such as spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality. Experience managing multi-location or high-volume sales teams is essential. The company values candidates who have a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs, possess strong client-facing communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility with a willingness to travel extensively for assignments. While MedSpa experience is a strong plus, candidates with a solid luxury or consultative sales background will also be considered.
