The Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I position plays an integral part in maintaining the seamless operation of 7-Eleven stores. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about hands-on work, ensuring the functionality and reliability of various store equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for addressing service requests that include minor repairs to a wide range of in-store equipment such as beverage dispensers, food preparation devices, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. The role also extends to handling orders related to plumbing, electrical issues, and general maintenance, supporting the operational efficiency and safety of the store environment. Beyond technical expertise, the technician will manage parts inventory and complete essential daily reports to track maintenance activities and streamline operations. Additional responsibilities include training other Level I technicians, prioritizing workflow, and performing routine structure maintenance. 7-Eleven offers a highly competitive hourly wage ranging from $26.00 to $34.00, alongside an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, subject to change.
