We are currently hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to become an integral part of our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the world’s most iconic convenience brand while playing a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our stores. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for responding to service requests for minor repairs across a wide range of in-store equipment, including beverage and food machinery, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. Your expertise will ensure that these essential machines are running optimally, contributing directly to an excellent customer experience. Beyond equipment repair, this role involves handling plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues, demonstrating your ability to tackle diverse technical challenges.

In addition, you will manage parts inventory and complete daily reports, which are critical to maintaining operational efficiency. This position also includes performing basic maintenance on store structures and training other Level I technicians, underscoring the importance of leadership and mentorship within our maintenance team. Your work will help uphold 7-Eleven’s reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $46.00, reflecting the company’s recognition of the valuable skills and effort required for this position.
