The role of Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I at 7-Eleven offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this iconic brand by maintaining and improving the infrastructure of individual store locations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless store operations by addressing various maintenance needs that can affect customer experience and operational efficiency. From keeping the popular Slurpee machines optimally chilled to managing repairs on beverage and food service equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers, the technician’s responsibilities are varied and essential.

This position is an hourly role with a competitive wage range from $18.00 to $38.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fairly valuing the skills and dedication required. Alongside the salary, the role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and other incentives designed to provide financial security and support work-life balance. An additional sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 may be available, subject to change.

In this role, the Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I will respond promptly to service requests, perform minor repairs, handle plumbing and electrical tasks, and manage parts inventory with thorough reporting. This position also includes training responsibilities for other Level I technicians and the opportunity to take ownership of facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in general repairs and maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and skills in leadership, peer support, communication, and time management.
