The role of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I at 7-Eleven involves playing a crucial part in ensuring the operational efficiency and maintenance of the company stores. This position is responsible for handling various types of equipment and infrastructure maintenance, such as HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. The technician also responds to service requests for minor repairs, orders and handles plumbing and electrical issues, manages parts inventory, and completes daily efficiency reports. Beyond the technical duties, the role includes training other technicians, prioritizing work activities, and maintaining basic structural upkeep.

This is a dynamic role requiring hands-on expertise, effective communication, leadership qualities, and excellent time management skills. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $30.00 to $40.00, with immediate hiring and a sign-on bonus available up to $3,000.
