The Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I role at 7-Eleven is essential for the smooth operation of the stores. This full-time position offers hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $28.00 and includes a generous benefits package. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
- valid driver’s license
- food equipment knowledge and repair experience
- ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks and stretch assignments

Job Duties
- Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers
- handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- train other level I technicians and prioritize work assignments
- perform basic maintenance on store structures and facilities
- provide peer-to-peer technical support and demonstrate effective communication
- support facility location ownership and manage time effectively
