Job Description
Morgan Properties is a leading national real estate investment and management company established in 1985 by Mitchell Morgan. Headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, Morgan Properties is widely recognized for managing an extensive portfolio of multifamily apartment communities. Currently, the company owns and operates more than 400 apartment communities comprising over 110,000 units across 22 states. As one of the three largest multifamily property owners in the United States, Morgan Properties holds the distinction of being the largest owner in key states such as Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New York. With a dedicated team of over 2,600 employees, Morgan Properties is known for its agile decision-making, strong capital partnerships, and unmatched operational expertise.
The company is committed to fostering a culture of growth, opportunity, and excellence that supports both its employees and its residents. Morgan Properties is not only a leader in property management but also a trusted employer offering career advancement and comprehensive benefits. The leadership team, now led by the next generation, Jonathan and Jason Morgan, continues to enhance the company’s platform and business operations to maintain their competitive edge in the multifamily housing market.
The Multi-Site Service Manager role at Morgan Properties offers a full-time, exempt leadership position responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across two key apartment communities: Larkspur Apartments and Hickory Mill Apartments. In this vital role, the manager will lead and develop maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality resident service, and compliance with company standards. The Multi-Site Service Manager will supervise maintenance technicians, manage apartment turn performance, prioritize and monitor work order completion, and coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor relationships. This position demands a proactive leadership approach with a 'Whatever It Takes' mindset to deliver exceptional resident experiences and maintain top-tier property conditions.
Compensation for the Multi-Site Service Manager position includes a competitive base pay range of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, supplemented by up to a 50% rent discount, property staff shared renewal commissions, and quarterly incentives through the Morgan Essentials program. The role offers robust medical, dental, and vision benefits, a company-matched 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off including 10 holidays and sick leave. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a shared on-call rotation every three weeks across four communities.
Ideal candidates will possess at least five years of maintenance experience with a minimum of two years in supervisory or multi-site leadership roles, preferably within multifamily property maintenance. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, reduce work order backlogs, manage competing priorities, and improve turn times. This position not only offers the chance to shape the maintenance operations of important apartment communities but also to grow professionally within a top-tier real estate management company that values leadership, innovation, and collaborative success.
