The role of Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at Trinity Property Consultants is a dynamic and impactful position. This role serves as the face of multiple properties, typically two or more, and plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service that enhances the resident experience and supports the company’s leasing goals. With a compensation range of $15 to $16 hourly depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses, this role offers a lucrative opportunity for professionals seeking to grow their career in the multifamily property management sector.
In this position, the Multi-Site Leasing Consultant is responsible for a wide variety of important tasks, including showing and leasing units, assisting prospective residents, and ensuring a smooth move-in process. Beyond leasing responsibilities, this role involves maintaining strong occupancy through marketing efforts and market surveys, managing rental applications efficiently, and fostering positive resident relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and maintenance requests. The consultant is also tasked with maintaining accurate resident files and supporting operational and administrative activities such as unit availability updates, property inspections, move-out processes, resident collections, and various administrative duties.
Working at Trinity Property Consultants, a Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule, consultants are expected to manage multiple properties simultaneously. They must exhibit a passion for customer service, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to solve problems effectively under pressure. The role requires occasional availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to perform diverse tasks, including lifting and working in various weather conditions.

Job Requirements
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Ability to perform regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms
- Occasional climbing may be required
- Extended use of computers or telephones
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- Multifamily leasing experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g., knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations)
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus
Job Duties
- Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties
- Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy
- Process rental applications accurately and efficiently
- Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience
- Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns
- Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy
- Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars
- Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards
- Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed
- Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures
- Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards
