This role demands a highly skilled and knowledgeable medical assistant who can perform advanced and technical examinations and treatments with precision. The Multi-Site Sr. MA works directly under the supervision of physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), or registered nurses, supporting a diverse patient population by executing delegated medical assistant level tasks efficiently. The Multi-Site Sr. MA leads by example, coordinating patient flow, handling scheduling complexities, and enhancing patient satisfaction through excellence in service. Additionally, this position serves as a clinical resource, guiding peers through complex clinical processes and promoting teamwork and professional development. The role demands proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and requires the individual to maintain current certifications and continuous training.

Furthermore, the Multi-Site Sr. MA plays an essential role in quality and safety by recognizing and reporting abnormal clinical findings promptly, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patient privacy and safety. The position also manages supply inventories and demonstrates efficient time management and problem-solving abilities, contributing to the overall operational and financial success of the clinics. With a strong focus on growth and innovation, the Multi-Site Sr. MA participates actively in educational activities and quality improvement initiatives.
