The Multi Property Valet Parking Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of valet and parking services across the hotel, casino, and self-parking facilities. This management position provides critical support to the Director of Parking Operations by ensuring that all valet and parking services consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction. The role requires a keen focus on delivering exceptional service while managing productivity, cost control, and revenue targets. This is a strategic leadership role designed for an experienced professional passionate about operational excellence, team leadership, and guest relations.

In this position, the Manager is responsible for coordinating the efforts of supervisors and leads in preparing accurate work schedules and maintaining meticulous payroll records. A significant part of the role includes developing and implementing a comprehensive defensive driving training program that emphasizes safety and reduces incidents related to vehicle damage or theft. Collaboration with the Risk Management Department to monitor and investigate vehicle damage claims ensures accountability and prompt resolution. The Manager serves as a critical point of contact in resolving guest complaints, maintaining courteous and professional interactions that enhance the guest experience.

The role also involves fostering a culture of luxury and guest-focused service, aligning with Caesars' brand values of professionalism and excellence. By managing operational procedures and budget guidelines for the Transportation Department, the Manager ensures effective cost management and resource allocation. Maintaining operational oversight includes ensuring staff compliance with company policies, CCC and DGE regulations, and all legal requirements, including court appearances if necessary. The manager ensures all transportation staff adhere to professional behavior and appearance standards, serving as a role model and promoting a positive work environment.

This position demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to collaboratively work within a team. The physical demands of the job require the Manager to be mobile throughout all areas of the casino, capable of performing line employee duties in emergencies, and able to respond quickly and calmly to conflicts. Job Qualifications

  • A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience managing multiple large-scale hotel valet parking operations
  • Proven experience in budget planning goal setting and administrative functions
  • Experience in luxury hotel guest relations preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively in a team
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance at all times

Job Duties

  • Assist the Director in overseeing all aspects of parking operations including hotel valet casino valet and self-parking services
  • Ensure supervisors and leads prepare work schedules and maintain accurate payroll records
  • Develop and implement a defensive driving training program for transportation staff
  • Monitor and review vehicle damage and theft complaint reports in coordination with Risk Management
  • Support the team in resolving guest issues and complaints courteously and professionally
  • Champion a culture of high-end guest-focused service reflecting the Caesars brand
  • Assist in developing and managing operational procedures and budgetary guidelines for the Transportation Department
