The company is renowned for its comprehensive product range, exceptional customer service, and dedication to sustainability and community engagement. Working at Sherwin-Williams means being part of an inclusive team that values personal growth, diversity, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers’ projects and daily lives. Sherwin-Williams also offers fulfilling career pathways with opportunities to develop professionally, supported by a variety of benefits focused on employee well-being and financial security.
The Branch Customer Service Specialist position is a vital role within Sherwin-Williams, primarily based at or around Store #4349 located at 1053 Waube Ln, Ashwaubenon, WI 54304, serving customers within a 15-mile radius. This full-service retail role focuses on assisting commercial paint customers by understanding their specific needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams’ extensive product line, and recommending the right painting and coating solutions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Aside from customer interaction, this role involves maintaining the store’s presentation and operational standards, resolving any customer concerns promptly, and achieving set sales goals to support business growth.
Branch Customer Service Specialists are expected to maintain thorough knowledge of product features, stay updated with industry trends, and uphold high-quality visual standards for both products and store environment. This role requires a dependable individual who can rigorously adhere to safety and inventory control procedures while handling merchandise and payment methods. The position demands physical activity such as lifting, stocking, mixing and tinting paint products, as well as occasionally assisting with deliveries, which reflects the hands-on nature of the job. Sherwin-Williams values employees who demonstrate strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Applicants interested in the role can expect a structured hiring process involving an online application, a digital video interview, and an in-store interview if selected. Sherwin-Williams is committed to equal employment opportunities and aims to foster a workplace free from discrimination. The company carefully considers all applications, including those from individuals with arrest or conviction records, in compliance with legal standards.
Compensation for this position varies based on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location, with the company maintaining flexibility to deliver competitive wages. Sherwin-Williams also emphasizes work-life balance by providing flexible scheduling options, including evening and weekend shifts. Benefits offered focus on enhancing overall employee health, financial savings, and work environment satisfaction, with detailed offerings available on their benefits website.
Overall, the Branch Customer Service Specialist role is suited for candidates eager to grow within a reputable, stable company that prioritizes teamwork, customer service excellence, and professional development opportunities. This position offers a unique chance to contribute directly to Sherwin-Williams’ mission to color and protect spaces that matter while building a rewarding career path with a supportive employer.
