MVT is currently hiring for the position of Mule Driver in El Paso, Texas. This full-time role includes a night shift schedule, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., working 4 days on and 4 days off with varying night shifts. The position offers a competitive wage of $15.00 per hour and is based within the Service Department. The Mule Driver is an essential team member responsible for the maintenance and preparation of tractors and trailers within the yard. This role requires cleanliness, operational safety, and precise handling of vehicles to ensure smooth yard functioning. Duties include detailed cleaning and inspection of trucks, maneuvering vehicles for optimal parking, coupling and uncoupling tractor-trailer units, fuel handling for yard mules, and assisting with trailer repairs.

Success in this position depends on responsiveness to management instructions, swift problem-solving abilities, and recognition as a reliable and supportive team member.
