The role requires acting as the primary point of contact for guests organizing and attending meeting events, ensuring their end-to-end experience is seamless and enjoyable. Additionally, the employee serves as the key liaison with the Group Sales Office and Area Sales teams, facilitating smooth communication and coordination. Responsibilities also include collecting, developing, and submitting content to update property websites on Marriott.com, reflecting the latest offerings and events.
This role demands adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance, safeguarding proprietary information, and protecting company assets. The employee is expected to warmly welcome guests, anticipate and address their service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.
