As part of the globally renowned Marriott International portfolio, Residence Inn caters primarily to travelers seeking comfortable, home-like accommodations for extended periods. The hotel offers spacious suites equipped with full kitchens and modern amenities, creating a welcoming and practical environment for business and leisure guests alike. With an emphasis on exceptional customer service and personalized guest experiences, Residence Inn fosters a dynamic team culture focused on cooperation, diversity, and continuous growth. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for guests organizing and attending meetings at the property, ensuring their entire experience runs smoothly from start to finish. You will also collaborate closely with the Group Sales Office and Area Sales teams, providing essential support and coordinating communications between various departments. A key aspect of the position involves gathering, developing, and submitting updated materials for Marriott.com to keep property websites current and informative.

On a day-to-day basis, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks as delegated by the General Managers, such as verifying adherence to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance, and safeguarding company information and assets. Your interactions with guests will be guided by Marriott's high standards of hospitality, where you will warmly welcome them, anticipate their service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate clearly and professionally.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as you will be involved in preparing and reviewing written documents, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, and fostering positive working relationships with teammates to meet collective goals. Physically, the job may require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to move or handle objects weighing under 10 pounds.

By joining Residence Inn by Marriott Costa Mesa Newport Beach, you become part of a global team known for legendary service culture and a commitment to helping guests thrive during longer stays. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop your career within an internationally recognized hospitality brand while making a meaningful impact on guests’ experiences.
