Job Description

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a global leader in supply chain solutions that supports some of the world’s most advanced manufacturing environments. This esteemed company serves critical industries such as semiconductor, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medical device manufacturing. Known for their cutting-edge approach and commitment to operational excellence, this organization plays an integral role in maintaining uninterrupted supply chains that enable high-precision and life-saving product manufacturing processes. Their reputation in the market is built on innovation, reliability, and a strong customer-centric focus, making them a preferred partner and employer in the supply chain sector.

The open position is for an experienced MRO Program Coordinator / Inventory Controller, a key operational role based onsite at their major manufacturing facility in Rio Rancho, NM. This full-time, Monday through Friday role offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 and $80,000 dependent on experience, with opportunities for growth and exposure to a dynamic work environment. The position requires hands-on leadership to manage the daily operations of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) spare parts as well as inventory management. Integral to this role is the responsibility to maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate warehouse logistics, and ensure production critical parts are always available.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison for customer escalations and service requests, attend key performance meetings, and collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to mitigate material shortages. They will also lead root cause analysis efforts for issues encountered, drive continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction, and uphold strict compliance with quality and safety procedures. This high-visibility position gives the coordinator the opportunity to foster strong client relationships while implementing programs that impact both operational success and customer experience.

Candidates who excel will have proven leadership experience in logistics or inventory management environments, strong technical aptitude with ERP and inventory control systems, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for operational excellence. Outside of traditional inventory control duties, this role involves direct hands-on support with warehouse functions, ensuring seamless material handling and supply chain flow. This is an attractive career opportunity for those looking to contribute meaningfully to a world-class manufacturing supply chain, while growing professionally within a supportive and collaborative global organization. With benefits that include comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and the chance to engage with leading manufacturing sectors, this role promises both career development and a rewarding work environment.
