MRO Program Coordinator / Inventory Controller

The open position is for an experienced MRO Program Coordinator / Inventory Controller, a key operational role based onsite at their major manufacturing facility in Rio Rancho, NM. This full-time, Monday through Friday role offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 and $80,000 dependent on experience, with opportunities for growth and exposure to a dynamic work environment. The position requires hands-on leadership to manage the daily operations of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) spare parts as well as inventory management. Integral to this role is the responsibility to maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate warehouse logistics, and ensure production critical parts are always available.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison for customer escalations and service requests, attend key performance meetings, and collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to mitigate material shortages. They will also lead root cause analysis efforts for issues encountered, drive continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction, and uphold strict compliance with quality and safety procedures.
