Job Requirements
- Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program or certified Allied Health Imaging program
- one year previous MRI experience preferred
- ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI or ARMRIT certification required within six months if not initially MRI-certified
- current Oregon state MRI license required
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required
- ability to follow department and hospital procedures
- strong communication and professional behavior skills
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Imaging program
- one year MRI experience preferred
- proficient keyboard and electronic system navigation skills
- ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI required
- current state MRI license required
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required
Job Duties
- Provides quality images with accuracy and efficiency using all MRI equipment
- positions patients for diagnostic imaging according to procedures and training
- operates imaging equipment and sets exposure factors and techniques
- uses computer imaging processing to optimize images
- processes and presents images for radiologist diagnosis
