The role of the Moving and Hauling professional at TDIndustries is vital for the seamless execution of public and private events. This full-time position operates on a scheduled shift from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday, emphasizing a hands-on approach to event setup and logistics. The individual in this role is responsible for moving and hauling event-related materials in accordance with written and verbal instructions, ensuring all setups adhere strictly to customer requirements and timelines. The position requires working within event schedules and preparing in advance for upcoming events, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys the challenge of delivering flawless event execution.

Operational safety is a significant component of this job, with responsibilities including the safe use and operation of lifting and carrying equipment such as scissor lifts, skid steers, forklifts, and tractors. Additionally, the role encompasses comprehensive custodial duties before, during, and after events to maintain a clean, organized, and hospitable setting that supports a professional and seamless event atmosphere. The job also demands strong organizational skills for managing tools, equipment, and event materials, ensuring efficient work areas at all times.

Candidates should anticipate varying work schedules based on event demands, requiring flexibility and a commitment to excellent service. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with clients and the public, providing hospitable and professional service while maintaining patience and strong business ethics. While experience with audio mixing and visual projecting equipment is not mandatory, it is considered a plus, enhancing the candidate's potential contributions to event success.
