The Host position at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is an essential and dynamic role within the Food and Beverage team. This part-time, non-management role offers a competitive pay rate of $22.75 per hour and provides candidates with an exceptional career opportunity within a leading hospitality brand. The Host acts as the first point of contact for guests as they enter the dining area, playing a critical part in shaping the guest experience from the very beginning. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, escorting them to clean and available tables, setting up seating, and ensuring that place settings meet the resort's high standards. The Host must be attentive to guest needs, assist with navigating dining rooms, and accommodate special seating requests for groups with unique needs. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area by adhering to clean-as-you-go procedures ensures a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patrons.

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine party size
