Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Six months of experience in general clerical work involving public contact
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly at shoulder level or below
- Ability to operate mechanical and/or electrical equipment as needed
- Availability for full-time, in-office work Monday through Friday scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Capable of standing for extended periods while assisting customers

Job Duties
- Provide front-line customer service to the public regarding vehicle registration and renewal
- Process transactions involving cash, checks, and credit cards with accuracy and professionalism
- Collect registration fees and issue license plates and registration stickers
- Perform data entry of motor vehicle registration renewal information
- Assist with managing the front-door queuing system and directing customers
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, generate reports, and complete end-of-day reconciliation
- Support inventory tasks including sorting, labeling, and shelving license plate boxes
