Our Motorcoach Operator role is integral to maintaining our high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Operators are entrusted with the safe possession and operation of company-owned motorcoaches up to 45 feet in length and other passenger vehicles that may be used in our fleet. This role involves transporting passengers safely to their destinations, which can include a variety of travel scenarios such as city routes, mountainous terrains, and multi-day over-the-road trips. Operators are expected to provide assistance to passengers, including those requiring wheelchair support, ensuring a comfortable and accessible travel experience for all. This position requires a dependable, courteous individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service, adept at complying with all safety and DOT regulations, and capable of handling the physical demands associated with the job, such as loading and unloading baggage.
