Motor Coach Driver

Motorcoach Operators are tasked with safely possessing and operating company-owned vehicles, which requires a strong attention to safety and passenger care. This includes assisting passengers on and off the vehicle, particularly those who require wheelchair assistance, and managing the transport and discharge of all scheduled, chartered, tour, or sightseeing passengers.

The work environment varies widely, from city driving to navigating mountainous regions, under diverse weather conditions. Trips can be multi-day and extend over the road, providing dynamic and diverse driving experiences. Operators must uphold safe driving techniques, comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. Being a "People Person" is essential, as the job requires courteous and professional interaction with passengers and company personnel alike.
